Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Wrong size? Easy exchanges.

Everything we sell is printed to order, and most of it is bought as a gift, so sizes go wrong sometimes. Email dancedadsnz@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need, then post the unworn, unwashed tee back to us. Return courier is at your cost. As soon as it arrives we print and send the right size at no charge, free shipping included.

Faults and damage

Inspect your order when it arrives. If it's faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us straight away and we'll replace it or refund you, your call, and we cover the return courier.

Change of mind

Return it unworn and unwashed within 30 days and we'll refund the item. Return courier is at your cost unless the item was faulty or we got the order wrong. Because every shirt is printed to order, we can't take back a shirt that's been worn or washed unless it's faulty.

How to return

Email dancedadsnz@gmail.com first so we can approve the return and send instructions. Returns are sent to: Dance Dads, 99 Colwill Road, Massey, Auckland 0614, New Zealand. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return we'll let you know, and refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it. Gift cards can't be returned.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
