Your words, our back print. Pick a template or write your own saying. It prints in the same block as every Dance Dads tee: the orange mark under the collar, your line in bold white across the shoulders. It goes on the back, because that’s the side the whole audience gets to read while you queue for the coffee cart.

Want the front too? Tick Upgrade to front and back for +$15 and add words to the front as well: DANCE DAD, Dance Dad of (same name), or up to two lines of your own. Back only, or front and back. Never front only, because the back is where the good stuff lives.

The fine print. We check every custom tee before it goes to the printer. We don’t print anything rude, offensive, discriminatory, or someone else’s brand or logo. If we can’t print yours we’ll email you within a working day to change it, or refund you in full.

Size guide

Thread Project Epic Tee: regular unisex fit, 100% combed cotton, 195 to 200gsm.

Garment laid flat, half chest (armpit to armpit) and length (shoulder seam to hem):

  • S: 50 cm, 72 cm
  • M: 53 cm, 76 cm
  • L: 56 cm, 79 cm
  • XL: 60 cm, 82 cm
  • 2XL: 64 cm, 84 cm

Can be out by about 2.5 cm either way. Easiest way to pick: measure a tee he already wears and match it. Between sizes? Go up. Buying as a gift and not sure? Take a guess. If it's wrong, post it back unworn and we'll send the right size at no charge.
Shipping & returns

Shipping. Every tee is printed to order in New Zealand by our NZ print partner, usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days, and sent by NZ courier. Shipping is free anywhere in NZ. Most orders arrive within a week; allow up to 10 days in busy weeks. We only ship within New Zealand.

Returns and exchanges. Wrong size? Email us within 30 days of delivery, post the unworn tee back (return courier is on you, about $8), and we'll send the right size out free. Print fault or damage? Replaced or refunded, your call, and we cover the return courier. Changed your mind? Return it unworn within 30 days for a refund. More in the FAQ.
